Ingredients: 1 pound chopped ripe tomatoes 1 1/2 cups chopped onion 1/3 cup chopped, fresh cilantro 3 seeded and chopped jalapeno peppers 2 Tablespoons lime juice 2 minced garlic cloves 1/4 teaspoon salt |

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.
2. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 3 days.
Note: Use to season your family meals or serve with tortilla chips. |
