1⁄2 cupapplesauce, unsweetened
1 tablespoonraisins (seedless)
1⁄8 teaspooncinnamon (ground)
1 teaspoonbrown sugar
1 tablespoonnuts (as topping or crunchy cereal)

Instructions

1. Wash hands thoroughly with warm water and soap.
