Ingredients

3 cupsbroccoli florets
1 cupcarrot (grated)
1 1⁄2 cupcauliflower (sliced)
1 cupapple (chopped)
1⁄2 cupgreen onion (chopped)
1 cupnon-fat vanilla yogurt
1⁄4 cuppeanuts

Instructions

1. Toss all ingredients together in a large mixing bowl.

2. Refrigerate until ready to serve, up to 6 hours.

3. Serve chilled.
