Ingredients

1⁄2 cupyogurt, nonfat plain
1⁄2 cupmayonnaise, reduced-fat
1⁄4 cupchili sauce
2 tablespoonssweet pickle relish
1 tablespoononion (finely chopped)
1 tablespooncelery (finely chopped)
1 teaspoonlemon (or lime) juice
1⁄8 teaspoonblack pepper

Instructions

1. Wash hands well with soap and warm water.

2. Mix ingredients together.

3. Chill and serve over vegetables or on a salad.
